At the end of the safari, we offer our Zimbabwe hunters the opportunity of a day trip for tiger fishing on the Upper Zambezi River. That is if we have already hunted the animals in the clients' lists, which we normally do prior this last day.

For those who wish to do some fishing, it costs USD 500 for a full day fishing, doing 1-4 fisherman per boat. Fishing gear and snacks are included, and also a lunch pack. A full day is normally from daybreak until about 15h00. A half day fishing is from daybreak until about 11h00, and costs USD 350 per boat of 1-4 fisherman.

After which we offer the clients a trip to the Victoria Falls and Rain Forest, before returning to the lodge. The entry fee is USD 50 per person.

On the fishing trip, the clients can expect to catch a few tigers, and nembwe as well. The tiger fish on the Upper Zambezi are more slim in body, due to their constant battle against the streams and currents of the river.

You are welcome to bring your own fishing gear and lures, or else we supply everything at no extra cost.
