Terms & Conditions
-
Due to Covid we require only a 30% deposit of the total daily rates / special packaged offer fee to confirm your booking. We dropped the 50% deposit to 30% for the specific reason that Covid might interfere with a booked period, and a postponement to a later date might be necessary.
-
In the event where Covid might prevent the booked safari to take place in the booked period, the safari can be rescheduled to a later date or the following year.
-
Should the hunter decide not to continue with the safari, the client will be refunded 1/3 of the deposit amount, and forfeit 2/3 of the deposit amount.
-
Hunters who intend to hunt leopard, must pre-book with a 30% deposit of the trophy fee. On receipt of the leopard deposit we take out the leopard permit to ensure the permit and quota is allocated to the hunter's name.
-
Once your safari is confirmed, we will do your Pre-Safari Documentation
-
The full outstanding balance on the daily rates must reflect on our account on arrival on safari. This payment must include the 2% Government ZTA Levy, the Medical Air Rescue Services fees (optional) and the Cites Tag Fees.
-
Balance payments must be made in cash in US$ currency. No personal cheques, traveller cheques of credit card payment will be accepted.
-
No refunds will be made if you leave the safari before the scheduled completion date.
-
No client will leave the camp on the last day of the safari unless his/her account is settled in full
